In order to service the global MES market even more thoroughly, we offer to competent partners the opportunity to participate in the MPDV success model and create win-win situations. We differentiate between different partner models:
- Consulting Partners / Agents
are actively advising their customers and identify the need for MES systems. They recommend HYDRA as an MES solution and already involve the MES experts of MPDV in the acquisition phase. If the project decision is made in favor of MPDV, you get a commission for their mediation.
- Implementation Partners / Value Added Reseller
have their own employees trained at MPDV's training facilities in the relevant MES areas and are introducing the MES HYDRA system at the customer’s premises. In order to do so, they can source MPDV products with attractive conditions and combine these with their own services. If support services are required, they can be purchased from MPDV to enhance performance.
In order to become a consulting or implementation partner, potential partners undergo a professional qualification program, where, at the end, a partner agreement is concluded. In combination with the successfully completed training as a HYDRA expert, we thus ensure that our partners can perform the necessary services with the required competence and quality.
