Mosbach, 2020.05.10 – "Although female managers are increasingly common, their number is still too low – especially in IT businesses," says Nathalie Kletti, CEO at MPDV. She adds with a smile: "The Smart Factory should not only benefit from artificial intelligence, but also from female intuition." As the daughter of company founder Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Kletti, Nathalie Kletti grew up with and at MPDV – she knows the software company inside out.
Successful through cooperation
As a networker, Nathalie Kletti knows very well how the family-owned company can remain successful: "We closely work with our partners and develop innovative future technologies to support the digitization at our customers' with holistic and individual solutions, today and in future." The classic lone ranger has no future prospects in a globalized market. "We have to take the next step together with our partners, only then can we provide our customers with the best possible support." The recent merger integrating the FELTEN GROUP into the MPDV group in 2019 proves this point. By the way, Nathalie Kletti is also part of the FELTEN management.
Kletti is one of three new managing directors of MPDV who have taken charge since October 1, 2020. The other members of the new circle of managing directors are Thorsten Strebel, CTO, and Jürgen Petzel, CSO. All three experts had already been in the top management as authorized signatories and representatives of the key business areas of the successful medium-sized company since the beginning of 2018.
