HYDRA users: material tracing, shop floor, stocks management

Course objective:

The participants are familiar with the functions of the HYDRA module material and production logistics. Due to the knowledge about the configuration possibilities and the possible fields of application they are in the position to optimally integrate the basic functions of the HYDRA material and production logistics in their company.

• Determination of material buffers

Configuration of material types

• Differentiation of consumption batches and run-through (continuous) batches

Entry functions

• Extended entry functions of material and production logistics
• Integration of the batch data collection into the existing MES application

Overviews of the material stocks

• Considerations of the stock regarding single articles
• Considerations of single batches
• Monitoring of expiration dates

Evaluations of the production history

• Batch tracing via the material components
• Batch history for each batch

Maintenance functions

• Corrections of recorded data
• Batch transfer postings
• Blocking of batches
