Hopper addresses scrap and cycle time in automated production. The Process Parameter Recommender generates situational recommendations for optimally matched parameter settings under the prevailing production conditions in order to keep scrap and cycle time as low as possible. With a virtually learned ideal process, the machine settings are identified with which the most good parts are produced under consideration of the general conditions.
