With Hopper, plus10 offers an intelligent software tool for plastics production, which minimizes scrap and cycle time through concrete parameter recommendations and thus allows an increase in good parts by 10 - 17 %.

Hopper addresses scrap and cycle time in automated production. The Process Parameter Recommender generates situational recommendations for optimally matched parameter settings under the prevailing production conditions in order to keep scrap and cycle time as low as possible. With a virtually learned ideal process, the machine settings are identified with which the most good parts are produced under consideration of the general conditions. Hopper significantly increases the rate of good parts produced per hour, for example in elastomer and thermoplastic injection molding and for materials that are difficult to process, such as thermoplastics with high recyclate content.
