With LineProcessControl, you connect the line on the shopfloor with the MES. The LPC allows the integration of an individual setup calculation for your systems and the immediate provision of setup records for production on the Manufacturing lines. It records and processes all relevant production and quality data from the lines, including optional pre-processing such as compression or standardization. In addition, this captured and processed data is seamlessly embedded in the MIP to enable its further use. The platform offers a choice of different interfaces such as OPC UA, TCP/IP, ModbusTCP and many more for smooth connection of the line controllers.
