The Manufacturing Operations Level requires real-time feedback on the state of the production process. Traditional methods of control level need to be extended to include mobile objects for digitalization and automation.
The behaviour of moving objects is an important addition to compliment traditional solutions in machine and production data acquisition and improve operations management and production control.
Our motto "We are location" is manifested by focusing on solutions in which the detection of movements plays a major role. This is how our solutions differ from the Industry 4.0 approaches, which are exclusively concerned with the connection of stationary machines and devices.
Industry 4.0 solutions include not only enterprise systems, which provide the master data, but also different combinations of source systems (location/identification/sensor systems) and shop floor systems, which are connected with each other by "location enablement" software modules.
- The solutions may be implemented on-premise or cloud-based. In particular cloud-based solutions enble a fast implementation of agile pilots at a customer site to validate a proposed solution.
