Weighing and dosing processes are anything but trivial. For reasons of efficiency, these processes must be seamlessly integrated into production workflows. They also demand high precision and complete documentation.

One of the key features of the mApp Compounding is its ability to weigh components in a fully automated process while factoring in the specific order or raw material. Taring or partial weighing when changing container or lot number is another essential functionality. Plausibility checks support the operator and guarantee the machining quality. To simplify operator tasks and minimize manual input, all actions are recorded automatically via scanners and mobile devices (e.g. PDAs).

You can use the mApp with all standard scales and terminals and integrate it in existing systems like MES, PPS, or ERP/SAP. The modular application offers further advantages: The system complies with 21 CFR Part 11, and tracking is easy thanks to Electronic Batch Recording (EBR). Furthermore, labeling sub-batches or intra material via digital material flow control guarantees an easy and secure identification throughout processing.

All process steps are automatically documented, and hazard symbols along with hazard and precautionary statements are displayed. This ensures maximum safety and traceability. The modular design of the mApp Compounding is perfectly suited to integrate a wide variety of process steps — from simple weighing to complex mixing operations and the handling of target containers.
