POiS® DNC enables secure data transfer, protects even older CNC controls from cyber-attacks and ensures high process reliability thanks to DNC applications integrated directly into the machine control.

POiS® DNC ensures traceable, fast and secure data transfer directly into the CNC control. The use of POiS® ShopfloorConnect SFTP communication, which was specially developed for production, enables reliable and permanent security of networked CNC machines and thus fulfills the high requirements of the NIS-2 directive. In particular, older control systems with operating systems that are no longer supported (WinXP, Win7, Linux, Heros) continue to be permanently protected against cyberattacks.

Digital change management with the Auto-NC Check application integrated directly into the control HMI automatically checks that the NC data is up to date until shortly before the start of production in order to reliably implement last-minute changes and avoid the production of incorrect parts. The entire NC data history remains traceable thanks to automatic, seamless documentation, providing optimum support for quality assurance and traceability.
