POiS® Auto-ODC automates operational data collection for unmanned systems. It records precise order and production data, reports order changes automatically and ensures high data quality.

Increasingly smaller batch sizes and the shortage of skilled workers make the automation of systems indispensable. To ensure that reliable operating data can also be collected for post-calculation in automated and unmanned systems, operational data collection (ODC) must also be automated. With POiS® Auto-ODC, order changes in pallet operation are reported automatically - without any manual intervention.

The POiS® ODC dialog integrated into the CNC control enables the reliable transfer of NC programs to the respective work processes. Operations can be called up directly in the control system, order information such as target quantities can be displayed and NC programs for the operation can be requested in a reliable process.

This means that production and throughput times are recorded with high data quality, even in fully automated systems.
