The mApp Recipe Parameter Management manages all recipe-related process parameters centrally, in a structured and version-controlled manner — including assignment to materials, workplaces, and operations. Parameter sets can be created and edited and be automatically transferred to the production orders. This allows shop floor employees to view the settings applicable to each order at any time and identify potential deviations in real time.

The solution can not only be used to display the parameters, you can also use it to monitor, complement, or change the parameters directly on the terminal including escalation mechanisms in case of deviations. At the same time, all parameter changes, confirmations, and actual values are comprehensively documented, logged, and evaluated. This way, actual and target values can be compared continuously guaranteeing complete transparency and well-founded analysis as well as optimization of manufacturing processes.
